This is really funny and a perfect concept, but your Photoshop work could be better. The words at the bottom are hard to read and cut off, and the word bubble at the top has a watermark in the background (the word "Bigstock"). You could also edit the words-there are a couple things that should be capitalized and you need a question mark.
